2009 Mini Cooper S

Mini originated as a specific vehicle, a small car originally known as the Morris Mini-Minor and the Austin Seven, launched by the British Motor Corporation in 1959, and developed into a brand encompassing a range of small cars, including the Countryman, Moke and Clubman. The original two-door Mini continued in production until 2000. Development of a successor began in 1995 and the new generation car was launched in 2001. The current Mini range includes the Hardtop / Hatch / Convertible, Clubman, Countryman and Coupe/Roadster. The Mini was originally a product of the British Motor Corporation, which in 1966 became part of British Motor Holdings. British Motor Holdings merged with Leyland Motors in 1968 to form British Leyland. Mini became a marque in its own right in 1969. In the 1980s, British Leyland was broken-up and in 1988 Rover Group, including Mini, was acquired by British Aerospace. In 1994, Rover Group was acquired by BMW. In 2000, Rover Group was broken up by BMW, with BMW retaining the Mini brand. The car you see here is a beautiful 2009 Mini Cooper S coupe. This car was bought by a young school teacher's father for her. This car has only had one owner from new and has been extremely well cared for. We have all of the Mini's maintenance receipts as well as the original window sticker for the car. This particular Mini, finished in Pepper White with black stripes, looks fantastic with no notable imperfections to be found. This car comes complete with many additional packages; the Cold Weather Package which consists of power folding mirrors, headed mirrors/washer jets and heated front seats; the Premium Package which consists of the multi-function steering wheel, dual pane panoramic sunroof and automatic climate control; and finally the Sport Package which consists of 17" alloy wheels, Dynamic Traction Control and Xenon headlights. Inside, you will find that the interior looks great! The surfaces inside are finished in Piano Black and the seats are wrapped in Grey/Carbon Black Leatherette which looks awesome. This car is full of goodies including an AM/FM/CD stereo with Bluetooth and USB/iPod adapter, power locks, windows, manual 6-way sports driver seat, an adjustable tilt steering wheel and even an On-Board Computer. This is a really great, sporty and tech savvy Mini! Under the hood, you'll find the turbo charged, direct injected, 1.6L, 16 valve inline 4 cylinder engine, capable of producing upwards of 172 horsepower. Attached to the engine is a 6-speed manual Getrag transmission. This Mini came standard with upgraded MacPherson front struts and multi-link rear suspension. To make this an even more fun to drive Mini, it also has Anti Lock Brakes, Corner Brake Control, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution and Dynamic Stability Control. The upgraded 17" alloy Mini wheels are wrapped snug in brand new 205/45RF17 tires, complete with a Tire Pressure Monitoring system. This is an excellent Mini! As stated before, this car does have all service records included. The mileage currently shows 43,878 and the VIN is WMWMF73549TX40434. This car is being sold on a clear Missouri title and still has the remainder of its 4 year / 50,000 mile limited warranty left a well as the 4 year MINI Roadside Assistance Program until 8/19/2013 or 50,000 miles.
